THE Grand Opera House has pulled off quite a coup in bringing Joan Rivers to York. Her acerbic observations have made her a star on both sides of the Atlantic.
While she is in town, councillors should consult Joan on their plans for the Barbican and Castle area. After all, she is the world expert on facelifts.
