SO grass verges in Acomb are, apparently, being damaged by local buses ('Bus firm hits back at driving criticism', Evening Press, March 26).
A City Of York Council spokeswoman says action will be taken against those who drive on the verges.
The grass verge at the junction of Beech Avenue and Barrett Avenue in Holgate is badly damaged, so perhaps the council will take action against those concerned in this location.
The guilty party in this case, can be witnessed once a week, every Thursday.
The council's own refuse wagon.
