Pickering Town were held to a 2-2 draw by nine-man Glapwell in a Northern Counties East League premier division match last night after not being 'clever enough'.
Tom Adams and Danny Brunton twice equalised for the visiting Pikes after Richard Smith and Lee Wilson had fired the hosts ahead.
The dismissals of Damien Magee and Adam Walker on 44 minutes - one for a dodgy tackle and the other for reacting to it - changed the game as Pickering failed to find the gaps and break down the defence.
Pikes boss Steve Brown said: "We played against nine men for 45 minutes so I'm disappointed we didn't come away with three points. I think we thought nine men would be easy but it's not because they won't come out and play.
"We just weren't clever enough on the night. But we will bounce back."
Goole visit Eccleshill United in the premier division tonight, kick off 7.45pm.
