YORK'S only business and enterprise college has joined forces with coffee giant Starbucks.
Burnholme Community College, which was made a business and enterprise college earlier this year, has formed a partnership with the national coffee shop.
As part of the link, Starbucks donated books to the school collected in their stores.
Any books which were out of secondary school age range were given to Hempland, Heworth, Tang Hall and Derwent Primary Schools.
Other activities also due to take place include Starbucks donating funds to the school to pay for careers books, talks from staff about careers and donating prizes for good work.
