WELL done to the Evening Press, Hugh Bayley and John Redpath for organising and delivering the petition to try and keep the Odeon cinema open (March 12).
I am afraid to say that your efforts are completely futile.
By introducing parking charges in the evening the council has probably finished off the Odeon anyway.
