AT the recent local elections we were moved into the new ward of Heworth Without. Recently, we wrote to our new councillor, Coun Lancelot, protesting about the new evening parking charges.
We have been completely ignored. He could not even manage a telephone call.
We now know what the "Without" means in Heworth Without! Without representation, without influence... apparently without a councillor.
