THE production of Pippin that Charles Hutchinson reviewed is indeed just as good as he reported it was (March 10).
It is lovely to see amateur theatricals that are as good, if not better, than professional ones.
The singing and acting is great, costumes and sets a joy to behold. I urge as many of your readers to see it before the run ends on tonight: tickets are on (01904) 764429.
Among the bad news, murder and mayhem of the events in Spain, a visit to Pippin was just what I needed to restore my faith in human nature.
