Kirkbymoorside Golf Club won the Scarborough and District Winter Golf League, securing the pennant on the final game of the nine-match series at Bridlington.
Top pairing on the day Chic Nicholson and Andy Crawford, together with professional John Hinchliffe and Roy Brown, with nett 66s led Kirkbymoorside to their first win in the competition for 25 years.
Captain Brian Carroll was delighted. He said: "Team spirit, consistent pairings and a competitive approach has been our main asset this year. But much credit must also go to our excellent green staff at Kirkbymoorside."
