Clifton FC and St John's College will contest the final of the York Sunday Afternoon League Cup.
Newly-formed Huntington Juniors are having a storming season, but the second division hopefuls were brought down to earth by Clifton who beat them 9-3 in their League Cup semi-final clash.
The St John's students booked their final slot by beating Black Dog 4-0.
Gimcrack reached the semi-finals of the Gary Penrose Cup by defeating CB United 3-2 in an end-to-end encounter.
Gimcrack went ahead on 37 minutes when United defender Rob Hurrel gave away a penalty. Rich Mills equalised four minutes later but Gimcrack took charge, building a 3-1 advantage with 18 minutes left.
Mills grabbed his second -- and 18th of the season -- but Gimcrack held on.
Wigginton Grasshoppers were the only second division side to reach the last four, beating Yearsley 5-3. Also through are Woodthorpe Warriors, who defeated Shoulder of Mutton 4-2, and College of Law, 4-0 victors over Forest FC.
In the second division, Cedarwood FC slumped to a 3-1 home loss to Drum FC.
