WHERE have all the Wise Men gone?
That is the question - and title of a talk - which will be answered by prominent quantity surveyor Prof Ray Turner at the eighth Sir Peter Shepherd Memorial Lecture on April 27.
The event is being organised by the Yorkshire branch of the Chartered Institute of Building at Bedern Hall, Bartle Garth, York.
Prof Turner, formerly a partner at Turner & Holman, in Museum Chambers, York, is now a lecturer and arbitrator.
In his role as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he plans to give a live demonstration of arbitration to the York Guild of Building at the Bedern Hall on Tuesday, May 25.
