I FIND it very hard to believe someone could claim benefits for 16 years without being investigated (February 19).
Last April I had a quadruple heart bypass and went on to incapacity benefit.
In October my benefit was stopped and I was summoned to see a state doctor, not my own, and told I was fit to resume work.
I was 64 and had 48 years full national insurance contributions to my credit.
