BOTH Selby and Malton and Norton will be eager to further their ambitions for vastly different reasons this week when they meet at Sandhill Lane.
Malton want to strengthen their position at the top of Yorkshire One while Selby need to climb away from the relegation zone.
Visitors Malton make one enforced change in personnel. Centre Ryan Lonsdale suffered an arm injury in last week's win over Dinnington and his place will be taken by another teenager, George Mosey, who moves from full-back.
Ian Cooke will move from wing to full-back and Tom Stephenson will play on the wing.
Selby make four changes to the team that were narrowly beaten at Old Brodleians last week.
Simon Hall at full-back is the only change in the back division, but there are three enforced changes in the pack.
Kevin Weston comes in at second-row for his first senior start for a couple of seasons in place of Mark Toye, who is recovering from a face injury. Dave Christison is unavailable at flanker and is replaced by Paul Randell. Kevin Lowery is recalled at No 8 in place of Jamie Pocklington, who is suffering from a rib injury.
Ed Sweeting and Hamish Burns are recalled to the squad on the bench and join prop replacement Mark Tomlinson.
With Old Brodleians expected to win at Scarborough and Yarnbury in a home fixture against Old Crossleyans, Selby could find themselves in the second relegation spot if they fail to take points against Malt, who have lost only two league games this season.
But Selby will take heart from the point gained at the Gannock earlier in the campaign with a 13-13 draw. With away games at Pontefract and Wheatley Hills and a home fixture against Old Crossleyans, Selby have a tough run-in.
Pocklington hit the top of the Yorkshire Three table last week with four games still to play, but they are taking nothing for granted.
They still have to host two of their main promotion rivals, Castleford and Northallerton, at Percy Road, and have a testing away trip to another, Roundhegians.
And though Saturday's opponents Hemsworth are at the wrong end of the table in tenth place, they have been in good form since Christmas, and have convincingly won their last two games, including doing Pocklington a big favour with a 22-0 victory over Northallerton.
Pocklington scrum-half Andy Kirby will have a fitness test on his calf strain, but believes he will play, while front-rows Gary Gough and Rob Smith both stand by in case Yorkshire Under-20 prop Matt Webber, who has been captaining the side in the absence of regular skipper Matthew Atkinson, is ruled out with a shoulder problem.
York RI entertain Wath at New Lane in Yorkshire Three.
Harrogate will be out for revenge when they travel to Doncaster in National Two.
The South Yorkshire side won at Claro Road in October, but 'Gate will be hoping to reverse the result when the two sides clash in a repeat of last season's Yorkshire Cup final which Ralph Zoing's men won.
There are a few changes to the Harrogate side which beat Bracknell 21-10 in their last outing.
Lee Cholewa is restored to stand-off with Matt Duncan reverting to centre and Graham Sargeant dropping to the bench.
Craig Chapman is recalled at prop for David Hall, while wing forward Mike Worden makes his first start since January after shaking off an ankle injury.
Victory for Harrogate would see them leap-frog their fourth-placed opponents.
