AMID all the euphoria of being able to remain at wonderful Bootham Crescent "for the foreseeable future", we should not get too carried away as York City could drop down to the Nationwide Conference.
Look at the facts. No win in the last six matches, only one point, and excuses being laid out such as "undeserved defeats against promotion-chasing Hull and Huddersfield".
We are only nine points behind bottom teams Darlington and Macclesfield, and look at our goals record - 29 goals scored in 32 games, and 40 against.
We need a consistent goalscorer fast, and no excuses.
Keith Walwyn and Paul Barnes did it, so why not our present players?
Great to stay at Bootham but give us the results, Chris Brass.
