National Hunt enthusiasts are in for a treat tomorrow, with big prizes and star attractions at all three jumping meetings, including Newcastle, where stamina will be the name of the game in the feature race.

The £70,000 Tote Eider Chase, run over a leg-buckling four miles and one furlong, promises to be a thrilling affair and Harlov makes plenty of appeal from the foot of the handicap.

Trained by Andrew Parker, the nine-year-old has returned to action better than ever this winter, finishing second to Grand National hope Bear On Board at Bangor on his reappearance before scoring in workmanlike fashion at Ayr.

A horse who travels well through his races, Harlov is also proven over extreme distances. The mount of Richard McGrath, he is my Nap selection to triumph over Magical Bailiwick, the likely favourite, and the consistent Fasgo.

Hidden Bounty should not be overlooked in the TSG Handicap Hurdle.

Twice a winner this season, the gelding - trained by Mary Reveley for Ryedale owner Maurice Foxton - was making a bold bid for a hat-trick when he came to grief four from home at Haydock last Saturday in a very competitive handicap.

Although it is always a slight worry backing horses immediately after they have fallen, Hidden Bounty appeared to have a fairly soft tumble. He should go well.

At Wincanton, Intersky Falcon puts his reputation on the line in the Axminster Kingwell Hurdle.

Winner of two of his three starts this season, and one of the favourites for next month's Champion Hurdle, Jonjo O'Neill's quick-jumping gelding should pass this test with flying colours on his first outing since winning the Christmas Hurdle at Kempton.

At Ascot, all eyes will be on Our Vic in the Amlin Plus Reynoldstown Novices' Chase, the richest race on the card.

A high-class horse over hurdles, Our Vic, trained by Martin Pipe, made a winning start over fences at Exeter earlier in the month.

Tomorrow's race represents a much stiffer test and Our Vic will be without Tony McCoy, who was injured earlier this week.

But with the excellent Timmy Murphy acting as deputy, the six-year-old is fancied to prevail and book his place at Cheltenham, where he has a choice of engagements.
