CB United went goal-crazy as they smashed poor Cedarwood FC 24-1 in the Sunday Afternoon League second division.
Leading the way was Polish striker Stefan Dziubzynski with seven goals as eight-man Cedarwood were crushed.
Amazingly Cedarwood, who have been crippled by injuries, scored first through Mark Fawcett after ten minutes.
United soon levelled through top scorer Rich Mills and by half-time they had built up an 11-1 lead with two more goals from Graham Morrison (2), Keith Potter (2) and Dziubzynski (4).
The goals continued to fly in after the break with Dziubzkyski ending up with seven goals, Morrison six, Mills four - to take his tally to 16 for the season - Potter (3), Stephen Sorrell, Dave Clayton and assistant manager and captain Rich Baker, whose solo effort was his first of the season. Pick of the goals was Sorrell's 20-yard strike.
It was so one-sided that United could even afford to miss a penalty when Neil Leaf handled in the area. CB goalkeeper Mark Snowdon was called up to take the spotkick but it was saved by his opposite number, Darren Fox, who despite the scoreline, had an outstanding game.
The win was CB's biggest for four years, but manager Sid Smith had plenty of sympathy for Cedarwood, who have now launched a recruitment campaign for players aged over 16. Anyone who thinks they can help out should contact Shaun Walton on 01904 337901.
Smith said: "Cedarwood's players kept on going and battling. It is always hard when you are three players down before you start.
"I remember when we only had seven on the field with four of us injured. It's no laughing matter for Cedardwood. At least they tried whereas most teams just give up."
Cottage Inn are eight points clear of the division after beating Knavesmire 6-3.
Gary Rylance scored his 28th goal of the season for Cottage, whose best goal was a shot from 20 yards by Ben Eldred which hit both posts before going over the line. Also on target were Paul Gray, Mark Bradley and Danny Pritchett.
Shoulder of Mutton beat Forest FC 3-1 to leapfrog them in to second place. Paul lawson (2) and Paul Lambert were the Mutton marksmen.
In-form Bay Horse United (Marygate) hammered Yearsley 11-0 and nine-man Gimcrack FC went down 5-1 to Huntington Juniors - three of the Huntington goals coming in the final 20 minutes.
College of Law moved up to third place in division one with a 3-1 win over Saville AV, whose only goal came from Dave Bradshaw.
Rawcliffe (Goole) won 3-0 at Black Dog, while leaders Clifton FC were held 1-1 at St John's College, Fox scoring for Clifton.
