WE all know York is a big attraction at half term, with visitors flocking here from all directions.
What is perhaps more surprising is that the city's attractions have been communicated via the canine grapevine.
Bud the independent-minded terrier escaped from his home, hopped on a train at Darlington and popped off at York Station, apparently keen to have a good sniff around.
Perhaps he had heard that Knavesmire is popular with dogs wanting to let off steam.
