OUR local campaign to Save The Odeon has made it all the way to Westminster. MPs and former ministers have backed an Early Day Motion calling for the York cinema to be kept open and restored to its former glory.
What a demonstration of people power.
Every single signature on our petition has helped to propel the campaign to Parliament.
Now we must keep up the pressure. If you have yet to sign up, please do so. The Odeon is too important to be consigned to movie history.
