STAFF at the Purey Cust Hospital in York have raised £600 for a city charity which helps children with special needs. A coffee morning and jumble sale was held along with a picture auction and tombola to collect the much-needed funds for the Snappy charity.
Allyson Kershaw, business development manager, said: "Snappy is a charity we particularly wanted to help.
"It was fantastic to raise so much in such a short space of time."
