OH, how my heart bleeds for those people who may have to pay to worship at the Minster, or St Michael-le-Belfrey.
What about all those who have to pay five or six times a week to come to work in the city centre?
Their payment is a necessity.
If these worshippers feel so strongly about praying, surely they have local churches within walking distance to which they could go. If not there are plenty of car parks near the city centre where they can park.
