YORK City FC Ladies let slip two Yorkshire and Humberside League Premier Division points when they were held 2-2 by bottom side Wakefield.
York missed scoring chances and they fell behind. Sara Renfrew equalised with a free-kick from an acute angle.
Top scorer Louise Ross scored from Kelly Chesterton's cross, but Wakefield equalised midway through the second half.
Defender Nicky Weyman was York's player of the match.
City Ladies' reserves let slip a 2-1 lead to lose 3-2 to Winterton Rangers with the last kick of their Division One East encounter.
After falling behind, York went ahead through Natalie Taylor and Nic Whelan. Rangers equalised with ten minutes left and then snatched the winner.
