I WAS delighted to read the letter from Mrs. Sunderland about Frank Marlborough (November 22). Frank gave so much pleasure and joy to theatregoers both in York and Scarborough.
The spontaneous applause when he entered the stage said it all and who could forget his very own curtain call - "Ladies, God bless you ladies, and gentlemen". That he is still remembered with such affection by so many people is a great tribute.
God bless you, Frank.
