I WOULD like to publicly apologise to Steve Beck and anybody connected with York City Football Club who I have upset during my recent unfair outbursts in the media.
I deeply regret my actions and I realise that I should have kept my mouth shut and kept my opinions to myself, which in future I will do, instead of spouting off to the papers.
I have nothing whatsoever against Steve Beck or any individual at York City and never have, and I should not have made the comments I did.
I would still like to attend York City matches with my family as I enjoy watching the game and I hope that Steve Beck and other City fans will allow me to attend any future home games and treat me as a City fan without any hostilities towards me.
I have sent Steve Beck a letter of apology and hopefully he will accept it.
As with regards to the questions regarding my loyalty to clubs, I will be having a sit down to decide which team I really want to support, meaning that I stick with one team and have a second as an interest.
David Reynolds,
Leasmires Avenue,
Easingwold.
