ROWNTREE Musical Theatre sings soundtracks from the silver screen in A Night At The Movies at Joseph Rowntree Theatre, York, on November 29-30 at 7.30pm.
Favourites from James Bond films, The Blues Brothers and The Dambusters will be complemented by selections from musical films such as Mary Poppins, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Walt Disney's The Little Mermaid.
Alongside Rowntree Musical Theatre regulars Sarah Barker and John Hall, the show introduces new members, including Gareth Cheesman, Tonie Williams-Browne, Sarah Chalk, Hannah Gath and Nicola Pittman, to bring a fresh face to the society.
The evening will be hosted by Dougie Weake and Neil Foster. Their fellow BBC Radio York presenter, Adam Tomlinson, will be performing a comedy duet with Weake and playing in the orchestra.
The show is choreographed and directed by Juliet Waters.
