DOCUMENT services company DocQwise Business Services Ltd, of York has invested £120,000 in the latest digital colour printing technology, which can reduce the cost of short print runs by up to 50 per cent.

The machine is said to provide a quality and flexibility of full-colour digital print at a cost previously available only within the trade. Jan Eskildsen, DocQwise's managing director, said: "This investment means that short runs of high-quality print are available cost-effectively to walk-in trade in York for the first time." The company was a finalist in the 2003 Evening Press Business of the Year Awards.
