Now a York shop has bought a table and a set of chairs straight from the singer's sunroom.
Offers of more than £6,000 are invited for the hexagonal table and accompanying chairs.
At that price, any proud new owner may find themselves telling guests: don't go breaking my table. And as the years go by, they will hope that it is still standing.
