DANIELLE Eaton, of Whitby Oliver, is pictured preparing to say farewell to a pop idol's dining suite.
Elton John fans are expected to rush to the York furniture store for a glimpse of the star's table and chairs.
The store has added a touch of star quality to its Fulford outlet with the furniture straight from Sir Elton's sunroom.
The store's owner Charles Oliver bought the dining set for almost £6,000 at an auction at Sotheby's.
Now the apple-green hexagonal table and chairs are on display at the store.
Staff are willing to hear offers upwards of £6,000 from music-lovers eager to own a bit of pop history.
Floor manager Sue Adams said: "We're really excited about it. The chairs have been sat on by the rich and famous, the likes of Posh and Becks. Mr Oliver is a bit of an Elton fan and after he bought it, he brought it to us to put on our shop floor."
