Nestl Rowntree Rugby Union Club made it four wins in a row with a 25-12 home victory over Ripon 3rds.
Lock Geoff Howard powered over for the first try. Centre John Atkin raced over from 30 metres and flanker Rob Sellers scored from a five-metre scrum as'Trees built a 15-0 half time lead.
Ripon reduced the arrears with a converted penalty try for a maul being pulled down. Scrum half Pete Shores replied with a try in the corner.
Ripon came back with a cross-field kick putting their winger over but Rowntree had the last word when veteran lock Dave Matthewman put Shores over for his second try.
