It is a great pity that the lower divisions of football do not have the same TV coverage as the Premier Division where cameras seem to record every incident from every angle.
These are sometimes used by managers to reduce or cancel any punishment given to their 'prima donnas'. We play the same game but obviously not under the same rules.
Regarding the recent Jon Parkin red card, if the referee and his assistant were in agreement that there was no contact only intent, why was the Scunthorpe player who fell to the ground as if poleaxed not booked? This is another form of diving and should be punished accordingly.
