HALF term, full up. York has rarely been so busy.
Attractions are opening earlier to cope with demand. Shoppers and sightseers are forming queues reminiscent of Jorvik's early years.
It is marvellous to witness, particularly after some gloomy tourist figures.
Just one thing, though.
Would all the visitors mind stepping to one side when we need to make a quick lunchtime dash to the bank?
