DSP's grand design for Tuan Bo covers an area of 136-square kilometres, with a massive lake as its centrepiece.
The project makes New Osbaldwick look like a garden patio. Yet because of China's size there are no wrangles about green belt encroachment.
So would the firm ever give up Tuan Bo? Not for all the tea in Betty's...
