Poppleton Lord Nelson moved up to second spot with a 6-1 win over Wanderers, Theaker also netting four.
Edinburgh Arms reached the heady heights of third position after a fourth consecutive victory, thanks in main to a hat-trick from Chris Moate in a 4-0 win at Pocklington Rangers.
Swans strolled to a 9-0 win at Quaker Wood, Rees scoring three.
