NICK Thompson scored a hat-trick as York Mitchell Sports League division one leaders Poppleton hit Hamilton Panthers' 'A' for six.
Also on target in the 6-0 win were Sam Hope, Kevin Luke and Alex Fowler.
Haxby Town did even better as they moved in to second place with a 7-1 win over Selby Olympia 'A'. On target were Craig Richardson (3), Charlie Miller (2), Ryan Qualter and Dean Lisle.
Tadcaster Albion also took closer order nearer the top with an 8-1 demolition of Fulford, where James Rawlings (3), Robert Ward (2), Oliver Box (2) and Joe Breedon scored. David McDermottroe netted for Fulford.
Brooklyn went close to breaking their duck but were beaten 2-1 by Easingwold whose Jordan McNeish scored both goals. Shane Thompson scored for Brooklyn.
Goals by Corey Fox (2), Luke Kitson and Daniel Montgomery earned Thorpe United a 4-1 win over Rowntree, whose goal came from Joshua Piercy.
Real Cliffe remain unbeaten in division two after Tom Grundy's goals gave them a 2-1 win at Rawcliffe, whose goal came from Chris Metcalfe.
They are posing the biggest threat to leaders Heworth, who won 3-2 at Dunnington thanks to goals from Declan Malarkey (2) and Jack Gabbittis. Michael Shaw and Matthew Playle scored for Dunnington.
Barlby Raiders shared the spoils with Wigginton Grasshoppers, Ross Lockwood scoring for Barlby and Kyle Waite responding for Wigginton.
Bottom club Stamford Bridge lost 7-0 at New Earswick, whose Sean Precious (4), Gareth Fisher (2) and Jack Carling were on target.
Lee Bond's hat-trick for Hamilton Panthers 'B' was in vain as they lost 5-3 to division three leaders Elvington Harriers, whose goals came from Lewis Clydesdale (3), Ed Hovington and Alex Brent.
Pocklington put five past Pickering without reply, James Beevers, Gavin Owston, Oliver Burt, James Griffiths and Gareth Evans all getting on the scoresheet.
The rest of the games in the division were drawn.
