TRIUMPHANT England football coach Sven-Goran Eriksson is coming to North Yorkshire to tell business leaders how to get the best from their "team".
He will speak at the annual conference and exhibition of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Developments (CIPD) at the three-day Harrogate International Centre, which starts a week tomorrow.
Sven, fresh from steering England into the Euro 2004 finals after a 0-0 draw in Turkey on Saturday, will talk on How To Get The Best Out Of Your People.
Other speakers include Professor Susan Greenfield, professor of pharmacology at Oxford University whose subject will be Tomorrow's Works of Work; mountaineer Bear Grylls on Reaching for the Top; and Thomas Dee, professor of organisational behaviour at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University on The Doing-Knowing Gap.
CIPD research will be showcased, including a survey on flexible working legislation and the first-ever survey of Human Resources professionals and their role.
The exhibition features more than 300 suppliers of human resources products and services spread over five halls.
