YORK RLC Supporters' Club are looking for a new chairman after Louise Ince stepped down due to work commitments.
Ince, who has been chairman for two and a half years, says she has not got enough time to devote to the supporters' club because of work and an upcoming NVQ course in 'promoting independence' for adults with learning disabilities.
"I will still be a member of the club though - they can't get rid of me that easily," she added.
The Supporters' Club presentation night is on Tuesday, October 14, at Huntington Stadium, at 7.30pm. Tickets, to include buffet and disco and priced £10, are available from the club on 01904 656105 or Ken Pearson on 769861.
