Dringhouses missed a chance to make ground on the York Leeper Hare League premier division leaders as they were held to a draw by Tate & Lyle Selby.
With other sides involved in York FA Cup action, 'Houses could have gone joint top with a win, but were held to a 2-2 draw.
The two teams cancelled each other out in the first half with few chances created before John Ginty broke the deadlock in the last minute of the half when he found the top of the net with a 25-yard free-kick.

Jonathan Smith put the hosts ahead in the 25th minute when he profited from a defensive mistake but Mike Heels earned a point for The Postmen with a 65th-minute free-kick.
Huby suffered a second half collapse at home to Barmby Moor to lose 7-2 in division two.
Huby gave as good as they got in the first half and were all square at the interval after an equaliser by Dave Adams.
Goals early in the second half swung the game the visitors' way with Dave O'Connor bagging four, Colin Peach two and Ty Hartwig one. Tony Durrant netted Huby's second from the spot.
A goal in each half from Sam Greatorex and Mick Richardson saw Fulford achieve their first win, 2-0 against Elvington Harriers.
Easingwold were three up early in the second half at Wilberfoss before goals from John Heads and Rich Tinson brought the hosts back into contention but they could not find the equaliser.
Selby RSSC started their league season in style with a 4-1 win over Heslington with two goals from Andy Jones and one apiece from Chris Roberts and Paul Stephenson, Andy Gray replying.
Moor Lane went one better at Stillington to record a 5-1 win with goals from Danny Yates (2), Andrew Kenyon, Martin Scott and James Preston. The score was level at half-time after Steve Johnson had equalised for the hosts.
Poppleton suffered their first defeat, 3-1 at Ouseburn with only a Ben Lister goal to show for their efforts.
Amotherby & Swinton and Strensall are the division three pacesetters.
Amotherby took top spot on goal difference after an 8-0 win against Wheldrake.
They were six up by half time through Matty Biggins, Richard Webster (2) and three in three minutes by Dean Olley and Danny Biggins (2).
Matty Biggins netted two more to finish his hat-trick in the second half.
Strensall had a closer encounter at home to Norton. Mick Pipe and Nigel Lyle gave them a 2-0 half-time lead but the visitors levelled after the restart before Pipe won it.
White Horse won 6-1 at York RI in their first division three game for several seasons.
Lenny Mason scored four and Scott Griffiths and Mark Barker one apiece before Neil Hinde grabbed a late consolation from the spot.
Heworth and Sheriff Hutton took their first point of the season in a 1-1 draw, Jamie Allerton scoring for Heworth and Simon Roy for the visitors.
