JOHN Mooring, of Cygnet 'A' team, is the John Smith's Men's Darts League summer individual champion.
He added the crown to the winter title he currently holds.
Mooring won his semi-final against Ray McInally (Poacher), who won the opening leg with 100, 140 and a 142 finish for 15 darts. Mooring calmly took the next two legs with 2 x 140s for 21 and 2 x 100s for 23.
In the other semi-final Dave Endeacott (Cue Ball) had a 56 finish for 23 and a 78 finish to beat Tony Cooper (Sun 'A') 2-0.
The final could have gone either way, but Mooring showed his experience to clinch it 3-0 with a 19 dart third leg.
The pairs title was recaptured by Mooring and Dave Gibbons after a semi-final win against team-mates Dave Mason-Paul Mizon 2-0.
Their opponents in the final were Chris Thompson and Tony Cooper (Sun 'A'), who beat off stiff competition from Heath Scaife-Mick Willsden (Shepherd) in the semi-final.
In a fantastic final, Mooring hit 2 x 100, 140 and back-to-back 180s, coupled with Gibbons notching 3 x 100 and a 136, leading to a 2-0 victory in 19 and 22 darts.
The Captain's Cup was retained by last season's winner Rich Plummer (Bay Horse). He beat Sun 'A' captain Tony Cooper (180 for 19) 2-1 with 3 x 100 and a 116 finish for 15 in the deciding leg.
The Champion of Champions final saw Poacher, with Ray McInally (180 and a 120 finish for 18 and a 106 pairs finish) and Daz Hawcroft (22), beat Swan 5-2. Swan's wins came from Ged McMahon and Lyndon Taylor.
The Three Fastest Finish competition was shared between Chris Thompson and Ged McMahon with an aggregate of 42 (13-14-15).
The Player of the Season award was once again given to Chris Thompson, who finished 14 games in 21 darts or under.
