PREMIERSHIP club Middlesbrough has set up another base in North Yorkshire.
It has creating a third development centre in the Harrogate district.
In a jointly-funded partnership with Harrogate Borough Council's leisure and amenities department, Rossett Sports Centre will join Ripon and Boroughbridge as a development centre.
Each centres offers free coaching to selected players who achieve the required standard.
Youngsters, aged from five to 14, are nominated either from the council's own football Kick Off coaching sessions or from local clubs. The best of them go on to Boro's academy set-up.
In total there are about 90 players taking part at the three centres with Rossett starting their session last night.
