WOOLPACK took all the pairs to run out 6-3 winners against Yearsley in their York Phoenix Open League division two encounter.
Ken Chappell stood out and was well supported by Dave Cormack to wrap up the win. Dave Ellis was Yearsley's best player.
Steve Parkinson-Dean Smallwood guided Leeman to victory at Clarence, whose Rich Lee did well. Three tons from Leeman captain Roger Pirrie has given his team a five-point lead at the top.
Good darts from Ebor's Graham Hudson saved the aggregate point at Crescent 'A' whose Steve Richardson-Billy Watson secured the last game win.
In division three, a 7-2 win against Burton put Jackdaw ten points clear at the head of the table. Mark Sommerville's three tons sealed the win and he was well supported by James Fitzgerald. Burton's best performer was Chris Downing.
Chris Wilson (24) starred for Falcon who lost all the pairs at Bay Horse 'B' while Bishopthorpe recorded an emphatic 8-1 win over Indoor Bowls.
All division three teams should note that Reindeer are still in the league and will be completing their scheduled fixtures.
The last of the divisional Individual Competitions has taken place, with the four qualifiers ensuring there will be a new name on the division one trophy this year.
Rich Corner (Bay Horse) was defeated by Howden's Andy Edkins who then lost the board final decider to John Smith (Phoenix) who closed in a superb 15 darts.
Phoenix will also have Daz Bailey in the semi-finals after he defeated Mount's Chris Manners who had played well in the opening rounds, including a maximum in a 21-dart decider against Dave Binks (Phoenix). Bailey, a 2-0 winner over Dave O'Hara (180) also included a maximum in two 23 dart legs to book his place.
Pack's Lee Carter battled his way to the semi-finals by defeating one of the favourites, Paul Cooper (Bay Horse) with an excellent 18-darter in the decider. In the board final, Carter disposed of Mitre's Andy Lawson, 2-1.
Tony Raymond (Woodman) took the last of the places with a board final win over Mitre's John Pickering.
The new date for the competition semi-finals night is Friday, September 19.
