A NEW website has been launched to help people in the Harrogate area to find information about local NHS services.
Craven, Harrogate and Rural District Primary Care Trust (PCT) is now online at www.chrd-pct.nhs.uk
The website includes information on the role of the PCT, the facilities it operates, with information and picture of members of the PCT board and the Professional Executive Committee.
Agendas, minutes and other information on the PCT's public board meetings will also be available along with items on the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), complaints procedures, publications, press releases and useful links to the PCT's partners in the health community.
Brigadier Johnny Wardle, chairman of the PCT, said: "As an organisation which covers a huge rural area, one of our key challenges is to be as accessible as possible to the more than 200,000 people who live in Craven, Harrogate and the Rural District."
