IN reply to G B Davies's letter (June 19) about the A64 Bilbrough junction, the road is not a killer. The drivers who use it are.
I have used the Tadcaster Road for almost 50 years as a driver and passenger and seen the decline in driving standards which has brought us to the point where incidents are becoming more frequent and severe.
Drivers, don't harp on about killer roads. Ask yourself if you are safe.
