STUART OGILVY, the assistant curator of natural sciences at the Yorkshire Museum, peers at an enlarged model of the ocean dweller, Actinophrys Sol, which forms part of a new exhibition by father-and-son team Leopold and Rudolf Blaschka.
Entitled The Glass Aquarium, it displays the glass replica sea creatures painstakingly created by the Blaschkas at their 19th century workshop in Dresden, Germany. The exhibition will be in York until January 18 next year.
