THE sordid story of who said what culminated in the tragic death of a decent man, Dr David Kelly of the Ministry of Defence.
To watch him being questioned on TV by a group of MPs who collectively were not worthy to fasten his shoelaces, reminded me of the painting A Stag At Bay.
Some people are calling for Prime Minister Tony Blair to resign. God forbid. We would then have Thumper Two Jags Prescott to represent us in meetings with our Queen and various presidents.
If anyone should resign, it should be those MPs yapping at Dr Kelly in the inquiry.
