John Miller closed in 17 darts for Cygnet 'C' against Leeman 'B' in York John Smith's Mixed Darts League.
But it was Leeman 'B' who took the honours, as Toni Smallwood-Keith Wright won the decider.
Cueball's Pete Leake gamed in 20 against Vaults and was well backed by John Smith with a pairs maximum. Smith partnered Karen Richardson, who scored a 160. Paul Watson got Vaults' only point.
Barry Noble closed in 20 darts for Slipper 'B'.
Huntington's Dave O'Hara (23) closed on 93 with two darts and Angie Hields scored a 24-darter but that wasn't enough to stop victory going to Cygnet 'A', whose Dave Mason checked 115 (19, treble 20 double 18) and a 73 finish from Kev Walton.
Beeswing had Brian Harden shooting out on 104 against Cygnet 'B', whose Mark Hartley-Angie Smith took the decider.
The battle at the top of York White Rose Ladies League division one saw Fulfordgate defeat Coach 4-3.
Marion Stilgoe put the club side 3-2 up, but a fine game from Jill Chapman levelled. Karen Reasbeck took Fulfordgate to victory.
New York 'B' team led their 'A' team 3-0. However, Judith Hudson took the first singles game to signal the revival, then Rose Grimes squared matters before Gill Grimes took the last match.
Milly Mountain put Crescent 3-1 up against Slipper and Elsie Blackburn sealed the win.
In division two, Audrey Horner was the Alice match-winner against Six Bells, while Tap won 4-3 win at Palace.
Fox had Val Bell scoring 154 in their comfortable division three win at King William.
Nelson's Dawn Platt-Joan Cuss won, but New Earswick took the match.
Bowling Club won five in a row at Bay Horse (Murton), whose Jean Young played well.
The second Barbara Fletcher Memorial Charity night was held at Clarence Club, with both ladies darts leagues involved.
York John Smith's Ladies League narrowly defeated the White Rose Ladies League.
The match consisted of seven pairs games, which the John Smith's League won by four games to three games.
More importantly, the leagues raised £1,200 which was donated to the York and District Riding for the Disabled.
