I ASK those people who have tree branches and bushes etc growing on to the pavement to cut them down.
I regularly walk through the residential areas of Clifton and Rawcliffe and have to really watch out for these branches - and my eyesight is fine.
What about those who have impaired vision?
The council says a fine of £20 can be imposed, but of course they haven't the staff to go round doing such a job.
By the way, the bus stop sign in Rawcliffe Lane near the library on the left hand side is completely obliterated by branches.
