NO doubt Lord Archer will now have a break, but whether he will have a KitKat is debatable.
The peer is better known for his fondness for Krug and shepherd's pie than chocolate.
It is a tribute to the unnamed copywriter who penned it that "Have a break, have a KitKat" is one of Britain's top ten advertising catchphrases.
But a good slogan will only take you so far.
The fact that KitKats are still top sellers after 70 years is testament to the York workers at Nestl Rowntree who make them.
