A DAREDEVIL great-grandfather is celebrating his 90th birthday with a parachute jump.
Bert Moss, of Grosvenor House Residential Home in Harrogate, will be taking to the skies tomorrow to raise money for charity.
The extraordinary pensioner, who suffers from vertigo and had both legs amputated six years ago, has been determined not to let his disability hold him back. Having already completed a skydive five years ago, he said he could not wait to have another go.
"I have no last-minute nerves," he said.
He hopes the event, at the British Skysports Parachute Centre, near Bridlington, will raise hundreds of pounds for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
