Bridlington babies are to be given a boost by the lottery fund, with an award of £190,000.
A 50-place nursery is to be built for childcare and training in the grounds of Bridlington and District Hospital.
The nursery will feature a creche, 18 baby places, out-of-school services, training facilities and a base for the local Sure Start team in a new purpose-built centre.
