Phil Holdsworth (South Bank) scored his second win of the season in the York CIU Race Walk League fixture from BSC despite having the slowest time (70min 29sec) over the three lap handicapped 10 kilometres course.
Second place went to Huntington's Colin Shafto (62-42). Redcar's John Paddick (South Bank) clocked 58-43 for the third place.
The fastest walker was Tang Hall Spartans' representaive Paul Evennett, whose time was 52min 26sec.
In a small field other recorded times were Stuart Wilkinson 53-51, Andy Heppell 69-13, both of South Bank, whose Ellis Pickering retired injured. Fulfordgate Flyers walkers were Mark Bryne 58-38, Rob Gilroy 59-34, Mick Hodgson 59-48 and Bert Angus 67-23.
Paul Morgan (Huntington) 63-17 was three seconds ahead of Tang Hall's Wally Johnson.
The final race to determine the championship takes place on Thursday at Fulfordgate, but the results will be withheld until presentation night.
BSC hosts the Ken Rowntree Memorial Walk on Sunday, July 27 at 10.30am.
Mark Bryne was third in the Blackpool '50' over a 2.2 mile circuit. His time was 9hr 25min. His Fulfordgate team-mate Rob Gilroy was seventh, in 9-54.
