Heslington II's membership of the League has been cast in doubt following their second successive failure to raise a side and the position will be considered at tomorrow's League Committee meeting.
Wilberfoss were the latest division six side to benefit from Heslington's cancellation which was only recived 30 minutes before kick-off time and will certainly incur a fine.
The clash between erstwhile leaders Selby and second-placed York resulted in a massive win for the Clifton Park side who have now taken top spot.
Tom Bartram led York's run bonanza with 108, while Stephen Jones weighed in with 56. Kev Lund took 4-47 in York's 243-7.
In reply Alex Romaniw made 44 but Simon Hall reinforced his place among the leading wicket takers with a return of 6-39 as the Sandhill Lane side fell to 112.
Civil Service lifted themselves off the bottom in fine style when their first win of the season gained the full 30 points as they beat Cawood by 136 runs.
Tim Jarvis excelled, making 112 in Service's 202 all out. Adamson performed well for Cawood, claiming 6-55, but his side perished to 66 all out.
Bolton Percy kept in touch when they skittled out Stillington for 107 to gain 29 points. John White hit 38 and John Lawrenson 58 as Bolton made 185-6
Nine-man Stillington were then swept aside by Dale Sanders (4-20) and Peter Atkinson (4-31).
