I have read the Evening Press (Wednesday, July 9) and seeing the proposed three-phase plans for York City FC's move to Huntington Stadium, which includes keeping the running track and the building of temporary stands.
I can see yet again the only people who want the club to survive are the 3,000 superb supporters who put their hands in their pockets so many times last season.
I cannot help feeling that City of York Council are letting the hard work of so many honest and loyal supporters go to waste.
Why not have a stadium that the City of York can be proud of? (Does Hull's Kingston Communications Stadium ring any bells?)
